Families may receive information through ClassDojo, the Parent Portal, email, phone calls, campus announcements, and direct communication from teachers or school leadership.
Because schedules, events, and operational details may differ by location, families should pay attention to communication from their child's specific campus.

Families Are Part of the A-FITS Experience
School should create opportunities for families to be part of the community—not only during meetings or when something needs attention.
Throughout the school year, A-FITS campuses may host family and student activities that bring people together, celebrate the school community, and give families opportunities to experience school alongside their children.
Depending on the campus and school year, activities may include:
- School dances
- Spirit days and themed weeks
- Fall Festival
- Thanksgiving celebrations
- Days in the park
- Holiday and seasonal events
- Performances and student showcases
- Family celebrations
- Campus gatherings
- Other student- and family-centered events

Campus Calendars & Events
