A-FITS Scottsdale / PV

Scottsdale / PV Campus at a Glance

The Scottsdale/PV Campus includes 6 classrooms, a sensory gym, therapy offices, a multipurpose room, and a secure fenced outdoor play area.

The smaller campus environment supports the A-FITS small-school model, where staff can know students well and integrate academics, communication, Sensory Integration, therapeutic access, Social-Emotional Learning, and independence throughout the day.

The A-FITS Program at Scottsdale / PV

Students have access to FITS Learning™, High Functioning Autism Programming, Functional Academic Programming, Structured Teaching, Individualized Learning Plans, Speech and Occupational Therapy, School Based ABA, Sensory Integration, Social-Emotional Learning, executive-functioning development, FITS Life™, FITS Experience™, FITS Beyond™, FITS Forward™, clubs, enrichment, life skills, and transition planning.

The program is individualized to the student's strengths, needs, interests, and future goals.

Enrollment & Availability

The Scottsdale/PV Campus experiences strong enrollment interest.

Enrollment depends on appropriate program fit, classroom availability, student needs, staffing, classroom composition, and completion of required admissions documents.

When an appropriate classroom reaches capacity, families may be placed on a waitlist.

Seats cannot be held without completing the required enrollment process.

RISE Extended School Day

RISE provides before- and after-school programming within a familiar A-FITS environment.

Students can participate in recreation, activities, social opportunities, and decompression outside the regular academic day. Availability should be confirmed with the campus.

Lunch

Families provide lunch for their child. A-FITS does not participate in the federal school lunch program.

Students may bring a cold or sack lunch, and microwaves are available for foods that require heating.

Family Communication

ClassDojo is used for classroom communication with families. Parents should contact their child's teacher for the appropriate classroom connection information.

The A-FITS Parent Portal provides enrolled families with access to available school information and family resources.

Campus Calendar

Scottsdale/PV follows its own campus calendar and activity schedule. Families should use Scottsdale/PV-specific school communications and the Parent Portal when reviewing breaks, holidays, half-days, professional development, campus events, closures, and schedule changes.
