GLENDALE CAMPUS

Welcome to Autism F.I.T.S. Academy Glendale. We are located on the Northeast corner of Cactus Rd. and 51st Avenue. We are situated on the west side of the property next to the Big Brand Tire. Our campus consists of 8 classrooms, a sensory gym, therapy offices, multi-purpose room, and a fenced outside play ground, full basketball court, a track and artificially turfed field.

 Enrollment                                                                                                                                                

Enrollment is accepted on a first come first serve basis. We have high enrollment interest and cannot reserve seats without the necessary documents to facilitate a completed enrollment. We currently have a waiting list in many of our classrooms. Since retention is extremely high; disenrollment with currently enrolled students is rare, but does occur. If you are interested in attending this campus please reach out for availability and request to be placed on the waiting list if availability is closed. Open enrollment begins March 1st for this campus.

 A-FITS Academy School Day                                                                                                               

Autism F.I.T.S. Academy has created a structured school day where students are challenge academically while developing social and behavioral skills, that encourages the use of prior knowledge where the understanding of exceptions is vital for continued success.

School Hours:

8:30am – 2:30pm Monday through Thursday

8:30am - 12:00pm Fridays (Friday's are half days!)

 Kids Club                                                                                                                                                    

Kids Club is a before and after school program that is similar to child care services. This program is here to provide support for working families that need to drop their children off early before school begins or pick them up later in the day after school is out. 

Morning Hours: 7:30am Monday through Friday

After School: 2:30pm - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday

Fridays After School: 12:00pm - 4:30pm (Friday's are half days!)

 Transportation                                                                                                                                         

Transportation for most students is available and free. Space within our routes is limited and participation in "to and from" school  is based on availability. 

 

 Lunch Program                                                                                                                                        

School lunches are provided by parents in the form of a sack or cold lunch. We do have microwaves to heat cold food. We do not participate in the federal school lunch program.

 Class Dojo                                                                                                                        

We use class Dojo as our primary communication system for parents. Contact your child's teacher for your sign-up link.
